THE KINGWOOD SUPER NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL includes members from local community, business, education and civic organizations.
These representatives work closely with Ms. Gwendolyn Condoleo of the Mayor’s Citizen’s Assistance Office. She is our coordinator and ensures that The City of Houston functions on behalf of all our residents.
The SNC representatives include individuals from the Kingwood Service Association, The Humble Area Chamber of Commerce, the Humble Independent School District, Lone Star College, the Forest Cove Property Owners Association as well as the State Senator and State Representative's offices.
