THE KINGWOOD SUPER NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL includes members from local community, business, education and civic organizations.

These representatives work closely with representatives from the District E Council Member's office and the Mayor's Citizen Assistance Office.

The SNC representatives include individuals from the Kingwood Service Association, The Lake Houston Partnership, the Humble Independent School District, Lone Star College-Kingwood, and the Forest Cove Property Owners Association. Representatives from the City of Houston and Harris County Precinct 3 also attend the meetings.
